Medical Pass

Every player who wants to participate in an Paralympic Golf Assoication of India tournament has to be in the possession of a Medical Pass. To qualify for a Medical Pass, your physical disability has to be of influence on your golf swing,  as subscribed in the “definitions of impairments”.

To obtain a Medical Pass: Print the “report of evaluation” . Let your medical doctor or physiotherapist fill it in , according to the instructions and send it to one of the following addresses as mentioned on the page Definitions (paragraph Administration)
